    Do you clean furnished houses? or only empty ones?

    We clean both empty and furnished houses, but there are some breakable items that we don't move. In general furnished houses take longer to clean than empty houses, so they cost more to clean.
    How many cleaners do you send?

    We usually work in teams of 2 or 3 cleaners at once, however we can always arrange more when needed.
    How long does it take to get my place cleaned?

    Depending on the size and condition of your property.
    Do you clean carpets?

    Of course we do, we clean all types of carpets and rugs.
    Do you clean tile in bathrooms and kitchens?

    Yes we do, but if your have discolored grout or if your tiles are in a very bad condition you must let us know as this requires pressure cleaning which can be expensive, and can only be provided upon request.
    Do you clean windows?

    We always clean the windows from inside, but the outside area is only done on request.
    Do you clean balconies?

    Yes we do.
    Do you clean wooden floor?

    We sweep mop hard wood floors, and we also have polishing and waxing services, but only provided upon request.
    Do you clean ovens and fridges?

    Yes we do.
    How many days in advance do i need to make a booking?

    As soon as you can, as the time you may need it may be booked if you leave things to the last minute.
    Do you guarantee bond back?

    We can help you get your bond back, unless we didn't finish the job for any reason, like on customer demand.
    Do you have insurance?

    Yes we do.
    What happens if my real estate agent complains about the cleaning?

    If we have provided you with a Bond-Back Guarantee for the cleaning then we will go back and clean the items required at no extra cost, providing that the invoice has been paid in full on time. All we require is an email with the list of items that require re-cleaning from you or from your real estate agent, and at least 1 day notice. All complaints must be made within 36 hours of cleaning being completed, or we will not be able to accept it, as dust builds back quickly, so you must check the property within 36 hours after is has been cleaned.
